IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you are the Contact for the Company/Organization AND WILL NOT be at the event, please ensure that your Representative(s), represent you well, by abiding with the below:
1. This event is indoors.
2. Two tables and chairs will be provided. Set up time is 8:30 am and you will park in the vendor parking area which will be shown when you arrive. Food trucks will be required to park in their designated area. If you need further assistance feel free to call Patrice 404 453-4378 or Mike 914 803-5672.
3. Upon entering the gym, you'll be shown to your table.
4. We ask that you do not adhere anything to the walls, so consider how to display banners etc.
5. We are expecting about 75 - 125 guests. If you have any raffle items, please let us know now and we greatly appreciate it. Raffles bring more awareness to your products and services and help with the event's momentum. People love to see if they have that winning number!
6. Kindly, NO BREAKDOWN BEFORE 2:00 pm – if the JAG schedule changes, the Event host will update you. If you need to leave early, please let us know asap.
7. Food trucks need to provide insurance BEFORE the event.
8. Food trucks are not allowed to dump any waste (grey water, oil, grease) in the park.
9. Keep your area clean and be mindful of others around you. Professionalism is key.
