Engaging in our hands-on activities like candle making or cake baking can be highly therapeutic. To foster creativity and self-expression, we will offer a variety of classes designed to enhance your sense of accomplishment, boost confidence, and promote greater engagement and resilience.
Socials
JAG socials will improve communication skills, enhance empathy, and provide opportunities for personal growth through shared experiences. Additionally, being part of our social activities will increase self-confidence, reduce stress, and contribute to overall well-being by creating a positive, interactive environment. Such socilas will include hikes, voluteer opportunities and meet-ups.
Physical Activity
Regular exercise not only improves physical health but also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression by releasing endorphins, which boost mood and energy levels. Incorporating physical activity into your routine can be a powerful tool for building resilience and improving overall mental clarity. Now, who's ready for some kickboxing?
