Get ready to move, groove, learn, and take charge of your health! Join Jam Across Georgia, in partnership with DeKalb County Public Health, Diabetes You Can Win Foundation, and the Redan Recreation Center, for a FREE community health and fitness experience!
🩺 Diabetes Awareness, Education & Prevention Matter!
Diabetes continues to affect our community, particularly in underserved areas. Left unmanaged, diabetes can lead to serious complications, including heart disease, kidney disease, nerve damage, and vision loss. Knowing your numbers, getting screened, understanding your risk factors, and learning how to manage or prevent diabetes can make a life-changing difference.
The Diabetes You Can Win Foundation will be providing health screenings to help participants become more aware of their health and take proactive steps toward prevention and wellness. Remember, early detection and education are powerful tools!
