About the event
Feel the Beat, Move Your Feet is a dynamic community health initiative aimed at improving health outcomes in DeKalb County. This collaborative effort between Jam Across Georgia, DeKalb Public Health, and the Redan Recreation Center offers FREE adult fitness sessions combining basic exercise and dance to engage both the mind and body.
In addition to the energizing workout, participants will have access to valuable health resources, products, services, and exciting giveaways.
